Independence is central to the work of Bryan Edge Associates Ltd. Reports are prepared objectively and based on the evidence available. Where evidence is insufficient to reach a definitive conclusion, this is clearly stated.
Important Limitations
Unless otherwise agreed, inspections are visual and non-invasive. Reports do not include opening-up works, destructive testing, laboratory analysis or specialist testing unless specifically instructed and arranged.
Reports provide professional technical opinion only and do not guarantee success in complaints, Ombudsman schemes, negotiations or legal proceedings.
